Who We Are

David and Rachel Rockafellow

We relocated to California from Michigan in

February 1988. Shortly after that Rachel started working

in a retail pool store gaining experience in many fields

of pool retail, water testing, troubleshooting and customer service,

just to name a few. After our daughter was born, Rachel chose

to be a 'stay at home mom'. I began working in the pool

industry in 1990 as a service and repair technician. Through the

next five years I gained experience in all aspects of pool

equipment repair and service, trouble shooting and customer

service.And then there were four. Shortly after our son was

born in 1993, we decided it was time to fulfill our goals

and start our own business.

Our mission statement

We strive to serve our customers, both local and on the web,

with the utmost in honest, reliable and friendly customer

service. Our goal is to make owning a swimming pool fun

like it should be. If we can take some of the stress off of

our customers, we are doing our job correctly.
